We route payments. We never hold them.

Claude Pay is a non-custodial payment gateway. Your customers pay through 46 methods across 9 regions, and the money lands in accounts you already own — your Stripe balance, your bKash, your wallet. We orchestrate the checkout and confirm the payment. We are never in the middle of the money.

Why it works this way

Aggregating payments — the model Stripe and PayPal use — means holding a payment-aggregator licence in every country you operate in, running KYB on every merchant, and standing as the counterparty for chargebacks. That cost is passed on, and it is why settlement takes days.

Bring-your-own-credentials avoids all of it. You are the merchant of record on each gateway, so there are fewer middlemen, lower fees, and payouts arrive on the rail's own schedule rather than ours. The trade is that you bring the accounts. For most of the shops we serve, that is a trade worth making.

What that means in practice

We hold nothing

No balance, no float, no payout queue. There is no Claude Pay account holding your money because there is nowhere for it to sit.

We never see card data

Card rails run on the provider's own hosted checkout. Your gateway credentials are encrypted; we decrypt them only to make the call.

One integration

One API and one signed webhook cover all 46 methods. Adding a rail is a switch in your dashboard, not a code change.

28 currencies

Stablecoins plus local fiat, so a buyer pays in what they actually hold rather than converting first.

What we will not do

  • Take custody of your funds, even briefly.
  • Mark an invoice paid on a customer's word — every rail is verified server-side before money is credited.
  • Advertise a payment method we have not actually built.
